Thoughts of Devotion:
This morning it is important to believe that God wants to expand and enlarge our territory, he wants to expand our borders in the year 2021! This call and challenge that God has given us is possible for each one of us. It is not just for a few, for some believers only, but for everyone! It is only when we understand that God truly makes no exception of persons, that he has no favoritism, that we will see growth in our lives. It does not matter our past or present. It is only when we respond to the voice of the Holy Spirit for these times, that growth will be guaranteed, assured and that it will happen!
On this day do not disqualify yourself. On the contrary, position your life to see God work in ways that you never imagined. Understand that God sees you with different eyes than what you see when you look in the mirror. God sees what one does not sometimes see, and even perhaps what others do not see! We see this in 1 Samuel 16: 7, “But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
God has the master plan for your life, only in Him will you find the expansion plan. In the year 2021 do not seek to make your own plans, it is a time to stop using your own reasoning, strengths, and supposed strategies. If we make this mistake we will end up frustrated in 2021! It is God’s time to see his promise fulfilled in you, do not make void what God spoke about your life! This is the time for the fulfillment of his Word over your life, and not the cancellation of his promise!
Remember what Isaiah 55:11 says, “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Get ready because within you is the ability to activate the promises that God has given you. Your time has come to see the expansion in your life! You can see this because God makes no exception of persons. The opportunity is before you, take it on today. Respond to the voice of the Holy Spirit, this is your time! Amen.
