Topic: Only God Can Give Divine Strategy To Receive Your Provision
And when you have come in, you shall shut the door behind you and your sons; then pour it into all those vessels, and set aside the full ones.” So she went from him and shut the door behind her and her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured it out.

2 Kings 4:4-5 (TLB) 4 “Go into your house with your sons and shut the door behind you. Then pour olive oil from your jar into the pots and pans, setting them aside as they are filled!”5 So she did. Her sons brought the pots and pans to her, and she filled one after another!
2 Kings 4:4-5 (NLT)-4 Then go into your house with your sons and shut the door behind you. Pour olive oil from your flask into the jars, setting each one aside when it is filled.” 5 So she did as she was told. Her sons kept bringing jars to her, and she filled one after another.
2 Kings 4:4-5 (NIV)-4 Then go inside and shut the door behind you and your sons. Pour oil into all the jars, and as each is filled, put it to one side.” 5 She left him and shut the door behind her and her sons. They brought the jars to her and she kept pouring.
In this portion of the Scriptures we see how God is the only one who can give the divine strategy to see miraculous provision. The plan and strategy that was given to the widow had nothing logical, nor came from the human mind, but came from God! After she acquired all the empty vessels, she had to shut down the doors alone with her children and put action to her miracle. Alone with God, before her own eyes, she saw the miracle of provision! From only a small bowl of oil she began to empty the oil into all the other empty vessels.
Obedience to the commands given by the prophet was the key to her divine provision. The widow had to follow the mandate given to her; these specific instructions were orders not suggestions. When one obeys, then God works his miracle of provision. Even when one does not understand everything that is happening, we do not walk by sight! But by faith and obedience to what His word is challenging us to do. It is only by believing that we will see the divine provision as John 11:40 tells us, “Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?”
Today we can declare that God is faithful, He never shames those who depend on His provision! Others will make fun of our radical faith, but at the end of history we will be blessed! For others what we do in faith may seem crazy, but for us it will be the key to our miraculous provision! Let us remember that man’s strategy fell short of the divine strategy that comes from God. This morning stay in the plan of the Holy Spirit; do not conform to live the normal life, without seeing its provision on your life. The Lord from a vessel with little oil can multiply and give you the supply you need in 2017.
2 Chronicles 20:20 (NKJV)-20 So they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.”
Matthew 17:20 (NKJV)-20 So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief;[a] for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you
Mark 9:23 (NKJV)-23 Jesus said to him, “If you can believe,[a] all things are possible to him who believes.”
Mark 9:24 (NKJV)-24 Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”
Psalm 63:2 (NKJV)-2 So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory.
Psalm 1:3New King James Version (NKJV)-3 He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.
Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV)-6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
