Thoughts of Devotion:

Walking in the Spirit has great rewards for us as believers in this day. The book of Romans tells us that those who walk according to the Holy Spirit will always have life and peace. They will experience inner peace even in the midst of trial and testing. In John 16:33 Jesus promises us this peace amidst all difficult situation, “These things I have spoken so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation; But take heart! I have overcome the world. “The peace of the Holy Spirit fills us so that in the midst of all that we face, We can be sure and confident!

The fruit of the spirit is peace, A unique and supernatural peace! Its the ability to live with an inner tranquility. To have the power to be still in the Holy Spirit. Being able to be in a state of harmony, tranquility or personal calm. It has a meaning that goes beyond that of simply having a lack of problems or nonexistence of struggles. It communicates the idea of prosperity, health, completeness , safety, etc. It is only an obtainable peace in the Holy Spirit, you never find it in this world as John 14:27 tells us, “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; I do not give to you as the world gives. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

This peace is available to any believer who lives according to the Spirit, and not in the flesh. Life in the flesh only causes anxiety, worry and unease, but the fruit of the Holy Spirit is the opposite! Today we must choose life in the Holy Spirit, the power to render the fruit of peace in our lives. We will be blessed believers with peace and security in a world full of chaos and confusion. A peace that surpasses human reason as Philippians 4: 7 tells us, “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

  1. In the end, it is important to remember that we cannot become what we need to be by remaining what we are.. We need thee Holy Spirit..🙏🏽📖
