Principle 15
The Leader Must Uphold the Principles and Values of our Ministry, He Shouldn’t Minimize them or Change them for Nothing!
Therefore we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away.

Development Of Leadership Principle:
Victory Outreach International believes in the importance that each leader be envisioned in the direction and plans that God has for their lives.
Our ministry is a visionary ministry.
God first gave the vision our Founders Pastors Sonny and Julie Arguinzoni about 50 years ago. This vision has now spread worldwide and impacted hundreds of thousands of people.
Today this vision is our vision, it has become our personal vision. God implanted in our hearts to be able to continue the legacy and the mission that He has entrusted us.
But remember that this vision requires commitment and dedication! God this morning is looking for people who can commit to the vision in order to be carried out. We are called to run with this vision and take it to the ends of the earth!
Unless the leadership has a clear understanding of where we are going, the possibility of success is very limited.
It is likely that in the absence of vision one may experiences confusion, fatigue, distraction and lack of progress or momentum.
For this vision to come to fulfillment we must keep the principles and values, This will accelerate our vision in the right direction!
We must not forget how important it is to establish our leadership and ministry upon the values and principles of our ministry.
It’s these values and principles that help us not to stray away from the truth, in times when there are so many winds of teachings and philosophies that are not in line with the Word of God.
Be careful not to stray from our values, especially as the younger generation takes place. – Pastor Sonny Arguinzoni
We must give importance to our values. The values are very important because:
-
Values are the foundation of vision.
-
Values lead your thinking and behavior towards the vision.
-
Values help you make the right decisions, especially in times of tension and confrontation.
-
The mission gives you purpose in life, the vision gives direction in your life, but values give you internal character.
Until one form solid values, you will be in danger of taking decisions lightly. The values function as a filter to determine between what is good and evil.
When a leader understands the principles and values of the ministry then it will be possible to run with vision. One can constantly measured and evaluated to see if we are hitting the mark. Here I wrote some things that have helped me understand more what is “vision” :
-
The vision is a challenge; a challenge without vision is no vision. Vision is a clear picture (mental), the ability to see what is not visible to the natural eye. The vision is the future, the vision always projects forward.
-
The vision gives us passion to fulfill God’s plan for your life. When the vision penetrates the heart becomes passion.
-
The vision gives us a direction where we should go to reach the goal.
-
The vision provides motivation. Find a person that lacks motivation, and I will show you someone who has no vision, or very little vision.
-
The vision becomes purpose. Vision gives us a reason to get up in the morning. Now I understand why I exist! The reason why I was born, the reason I breath, the reason for my existence.
-
The vision brings us to reach the next level that God desires for our lives. The vision will never leave things as they are.
-
Vision inspires generosity, it gives us a sense of giving our resources to see the fulfillment of God’s will in our lives.
Every leader must have the vision in there lives. God was the one that gave are founders the bison and they gave it to us. We must never forget about the vision or we lose ourselves. We must not stray away form are values and what we believe in or we lose are vison. Value are what help us make the right decision for we can keep the vison. It may be changing but it will help us in are life. It is the reason we live. We are here to complete the vison. We must never lose it. We must always stay in line and keep the vison with us.
