Pour Out For You Such Blessing

Topic: The Best Is Yet To Come: Overflowing Blessings

Series: The Overflowing Blessings

Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts,
“If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it.

Malachi 3:10 (NKJV)

Daily Reading Plan

Leviticus 1-4

Bible Versions:

Malachi 3:10-11 (MSG) ― Bring your full tithe to the Temple treasury so there will be ample provisions in my Temple. Test me in this and see if I don’t open up heaven itself to you and pour out blessings beyond your wildest dreams.

Malachi 3:10 (NIV) ― 10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.

Malachi 3:10 (NLT) − 10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. If you do,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, “I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won’t have enough room to take it in! Try it! Put me to the test!

Thoughts of Devotion:

When we are faithful to God in tithes and offerings we will be greatly blessed. The Bible tells us that “we will not have enough room for his blessing in our life.” Think for a moment in this truth, God would open the floodgates of heaven and pour out blessing until it overflows! Could you imagine living under these opened heavens in 2016? Being in a position where God blesses our life in a superabundant way. In Ephesians 3:20, it tells us, “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.”

God wants to be our source of blessing is year, the days of scarcity and lack should be in our past! His plan for our lives is that we may live satisfied in his presence. Psalm 36:8-9 says, “They are abundantly satisfied with the fullness of Your house, And You give them drink from the river of Your pleasures. For with You is the fountain of life; In Your light we see light.” Who would not want to live under the blessings of God upon their lives? God offers us all the opportunity and the privilege of living extremely blessed. God challenges us this morning saying, put my Word to the test! and see if I will not bless you over and above, even beyond what you have ever dreamed.

The spiritual ground is fertile for a great harvest in 2016. All we have to do is obey and trust God. If we sow the seeds generously, the result will be an amazing harvest! In 2 Corinthians 9:6 it tells us, ” But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.” Now is the time to act and take the challenge of the Lord. Don’t doubt it for a moment, the Lord will not fail! He will fulfill his promise in your life; remember that the best is yet to come in 2016.

Foundational Scriptures:

Psalm 78:23 (NKJV) ― 23 Yet He had commanded the clouds above, And opened the doors of heaven,

Haggai 2:19 (NKJV) ― 19 Is the seed still in the barn? As yet the vine, the fig tree, the pomegranate, and the olive tree have not yielded fruit. But from this day I will bless you.’”

Psalm 37:4 (NKJV) ― Delight yourself also in the Lord,
And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Ephesians 3:20 (NKJV) ― 20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,

Psalm 36:8-9 (NKJV) ― They are abundantly satisfied with the fullness of Your house, And You give them drink from the river of Your pleasures. For with You is the fountain of life; In Your light we see light.

  1. God will bless us tremendously. We won’t know where to keep are blessings because God will give us so many. God what us to put him to the test to see if he will not bless us. We knew we that God will not fail and he will give us a over abandoned of blessings.

  2. We must stay faithful to God when we are faithful to God; he blesses us all we need to do is give offerings and our faithfulness.
