My soul clings to the dust; Revive me according to Your word.

Psalms 119:93 (NKJV)
Daily Reading Plan
Psalms 119:25 (AMP) — My earthly life cleaves to the dust; revive and stimulate me according to Your word!
Psalms 119:93 (NLT) — I will never forget your commandments, for by them you give me life.
Whenever there is a spiritual revival, God’s people come back once again to the Word of God! Each time the move of the Holy Spirit is present within His people, there is a hunger for hearing the message of the gospel. The book of Amos 8:11 says that times will come when the people have a great desire to hear from God, “Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of Jehovah. (Amos 8:11).
The Power of the Word has the ability to transform lives. There is nothing more powerful than when it works in our hearts. Hebrews 4:12 tells us that “the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing the soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intents of the heart”. God’s Word is the only one able to penetrate the human heart. In the midst of a revival, God’s Word should take prominence and priority!
Today we should desire to have a real hunger for the Word of God. A desire that leads to the place where His Word is our daily food. It is sure to bring life to our souls. It will refresh our thirsty souls! Let our prayer be that His Word will revive our hearts once again. The Psalmist recognized and greatly appreciated this truth, stating, “This is my comfort in my affliction, For Your word has given me life” (Psalm 119:50). In times of revival God’s people are impacted by the power of the Word of God. If it is present, there will surely be a genuine transformation in all hearts.
Psalms 119:159 (NKJV) — I thought about my ways, And turned my feet to Your testimonies.
Hebrews 4:12 (NKJV) — For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Proverbs 6:22–23 (NKJV) — When you roam, they will lead you; When you sleep, they will keep you; And when you awake, they will speak with you. For the commandment is a lamp, And the law a light; Reproofs of instruction are the way of life,
Psalms 119:50 (NKJV) — This is my comfort in my affliction, For Your word has given me life.
