Pensamiento De Devoción:
The call to seek revival is a call for us all. Each one of us has the responsibility to seek God to revive us! That He may restore and re-establish us in His will for our lives. The Lord desires to pour out His Holy Spirit on all His people. His promise is that in the latter days, He would pour out His Spirit upon all flesh. !He makes no exceptions of people! God wants all of us to experience His glory in a supernatural way. For this reason it is important not to stay out of the move of God in our days.
For this revival takes place, it will be necessary that all seek Him together wholeheartedly. That we seek God in prayer and fasting. To return once again to the altar, and pour out our souls before the Lord. This is what the Lord asked of his people to see revival, in Joel 2:16 -17, “Gather the people, Sanctify the congregation, Assemble the elders, Gather the children and nursing babes; Let the bridegroom go out from his chamber, And the bride from her dressing room. Let the priests, who minister to the Lord, Weep between the porch and the altar; Let them say, “Spare Your people, O Lord, And do not give Your heritage to reproach, That the nations should rule over them. Why should they say among the peoples, ‘Where is their God?”.
I wonder, are we all willing to pay the price? Does this unity truly exist among us as we seek the Lord? This is what we will need to see the outpouring of His glory in our lives. Pray for God to fulfill his promise in Zechariah 12:10, “And I will pour upon the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication”. Let us pray together, and fast together for revival to be present in our midst. The best days are yet to come, the glory of the present will be greater than yesterday’s glory. Let us run together to the altar and seek the Lord!
Daniel 9:4 (NKJV) — And I prayed to the Lord my God, and made confession, and said, “O Lord, great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and mercy with those who love Him, and with those who keep His commandments,
Psalms 119:136 (NKJV) — Rivers of water run down from my eyes, Because men do not keep Your law.
Acts 21:5 (NKJV) — When we had come to the end of those days, we departed and went on our way; and they all accompanied us, with wives and children, till we were out of the city. And we knelt down on the shore and prayed.
Zechariah 12:10 (NKJV) — “And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn.
Nehamiah 10:29 (NKJV) — these joined with their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse and an oath to walk in God’s Law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the Lord our Lord, and His ordinances and His statutes.
